Before entering real estate, Julian studied horticulture at Temple University with a vision to create community gardening spaces in Reading. His career then led him into landscaping and construction—fields that taught him how to transform spaces and deliver results aligned with each client’s unique vision. These experiences, along with his experience in other customer-facing roles, gave him the interpersonal and problem-solving skills that now set him apart in the real estate world.

Through experience, Julian also discovered a passion for transformation of new properties, renovated homes, and witnessing the potential each space holds. He's developed a keen eye for property potential and value, helping buyers and sellers make confident informed decisions.
